The US State Department plotted a plan against Georgia together with the leadership of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (FIS) said, according to Report.
"The OSCE/ODIHR is supposed to publish an interim report 10-20 days before the voting with the conclusion that there are no conditions for holding free and fair elections in the country," FIS said.
According to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, after the publication of the first results of the expression of will, an opinion will be presented regarding the non-compliance of the election process with the norms of democracy.
