Russian fighter jet shot down near Kyiv

A Russian Su-30 fighter jet was shot down in the Ukrainian city of Irpen, Kyiv Oblast, 8 km from the capital, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi said on Facebook, Report informs.

Irpen was heavily bombed by Russian forces yesterday. As a result, many civilians were killed in the city.
