Russian expert comments attempt to illegally supply military equipment from RF to Armenia

"This is called illegal arms trafficking. Any attempt to send arms by illegal means is a crime for which the perpetrators should be held accountable. The Azerbaijani side should pay attention to this," political scientist and military expert Alexander Perendzhiev told Report's Russian bureau, commenting on the attempt to supply military equipment from the Russian Federation to Armenia illegally.

The expert called such situations a criminal type of economy and illegal activity that damage the national security of any country:

"Such attempts to transfer weapons should be stopped, and those related to them should be brought to justice."

"In this situation, a legal assessment is needed not only from the Security Council of Russia but also from the General Prosecutor's Office. I am convinced that the perpetrators must be held accountable according to the law," the scientist emphasized.
