Investment and trade cooperation between Russia and the US, including on rare earths, is only possible after rebuilding of relations and the Ukrainian settlement, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told a briefing, Report informs via TASS.
"Heads of states have shown their political will to cooperate, to restore the dialogue, which was almost zeroed by the previous administration," he said. "The next question on the agenda concerns the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis," Peskov added.
"And then <…> will be the turn to consider possible projects of trade-economic and investment interaction as well," he said, adding that it also implies possible cooperation on issues of rare earth metal extraction.
