Russia starts military exercises near Ukraine's border

The Russian Defense Ministry announced the start of military exercises with the participation of more than 10,000 soldiers near the border with Ukraine, Report informs, citing Anadolu.

The exercises are held at different training sites in the south of the country, including near cities of Volgograd, Astrakhan, Stavropol, Rostov, and Krasnodar, the ministry said in a statement.

Russia's navies in the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea will also participate in the exercises.
