Russia has presented a two-part memorandum to the Ukrainian side during negotiations, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky said, Report informs via TASS.
"We have presented a memorandum consisting of two parts to the Turkish side. The first part concerns how to achieve long-term genuine peace, and the second part is about what steps should be taken to make a complete ceasefire possible.
The plan we have prepared is quite detailed. Therefore, the Ukrainian side has decided to study it. They will study it and respond," Medinsky noted.
