Russia fires on Romanian-flagged ship, communication with crew cut off

The Russian Navy fired on the Romanian-flagged bunker barge Millennium Spirit in the Black Sea, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhnyi said on his Facebook page, Report informs.

According to him, there is no contact with the ship at present.

An investigation is underway.
