Russia finds black box from crashed military plane

Both flight recorders (black boxes) of the Il-76 military transport plane that crashed in the Belgorod region of Russia have been found.

Report informs, citing the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, that the boxes are in good technical condition.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov demanded the start of an international investigation into the accident: "It is needed."
