Yerevan is ready to continue the border delimitation with Azerbaijan and sign a peace treaty in a short time, Vice-Speaker of the People's Assembly of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan said at the 10th BRICS Parliamentary Forum, Report informs via Armenian media.
Rubinyan stated that Armenia is not only ready but also interested in becoming a part of international transit routes with the opening of regional communications.
He believes that significant infrastructure projects in the South Caucasus could serve as a unifying force for both the regional countries and others.
The official added that the restoration and activation of transportation routes in the South Caucasus should contribute to creating a robust regional framework for economic relations.
