Ruben Rubinyan elected Vice-President of PACE

Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan has posted on Facebook that he has been elected Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Report informs.

He stated that he was elected Vice-President under the quota allocated to Armenia.
