Quake hits Iran

A 4.7-magnitude earthquake occurred in the south of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center said, Report informs.

The epicenter was located 46 km west of the city of Shiraz, where more than 1.2 million people live, at a depth of 10 km.

There are no reports of casualties or destruction.
