Putin warns of "lightning strikes" if Russia threatened

"If someone intervenes in the situation in Ukraine, the response will be at lightning speed," Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs citing TASS.

He added that if Russia comes under threat, it will use tools that its rivals have not had yet.
