Putin voices concern over risk of World War III

Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed deep concern over the growing potential for global conflict due to escalating crises worldwide, Report informs via Russian media.

"There is a great deal of conflict potential—right on our doorstep in Ukraine, and in the developments in the Middle East. We are concerned about where this could lead," he said during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

The Russian leader also emphasized that threats to nuclear facilities in Iran necessitate Russia's involvement in efforts to find peaceful solutions.
