Putin to announce message to Federal Assembly on February 21

Russian President Vladimir Putin will announce a message to the Federal Assembly in Gostiny Dvor on February 21.

According to Report's Russian bureau, Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said the message will be devoted to the economy and social problems.
