The meeting of the Presidents of Russia and Belarus, Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko, began in Sochi with informal talks, Report informs via RIA Novosti.
The press services of the presidents reported that the topics for discussion would be issues of integration, and import substitution, as well as the international and regional agenda.
