Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited the heads of CIS member states to an informal summit to be held in St. Petersburg at the end of 2022, Report informs.
The Russian leader expressed his gratitude to the heads of state for supporting the initiative to declare St. Petersburg the Capital of Culture in 2023.
"We have already discussed with my counterparts: an informal meeting can be held in the future Capital of Culture on the eve of 2023. I gladly invite you all to that meeting," Putin addressed his counterparts.
