Putin: Changes observed in system of international relations

Irreversible changes are taking place in the system of international relations, and instead, a multipolar model is emerging, said Russian President Vladimir Putin, Report informs.

He noted that Russia is a supporter of a truly democratic development model of the global economy: "The US exploits both its allies and other countries."
