Putin appoints energy minister's wife as deputy defense minister

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Anna Tsivilyova, the wife of current Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov, as the new Deputy Minister of Defense.

According to Report, the presidential decree, published on the official legal acts website, states: "Appoint Anna Evgenievna Tsivilyova as the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation."
