President of Iran threatens protesters

"Our enemies who want to attack the existing (Islamic) regime in Iran are given a worthy response," President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi said speaking about the protests in the country at the event held to commemorate the death of Fatima al-Zahra, Report informs via Tasnim.

According to Raisi, colonialists and big powers bring poverty and humiliation to the people with deceptive slogans of freedom. The president emphasized that Iran's achieved success thanks to its supreme leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and problems come from the unbelievers.

The Iranian president stated that corruption, injustice and pharaohism reign in the world: "Shah supporters, hypocrites, arrogant people played their role in this war."

Raisi also accused the mass media of "propagating ignorance" and the protesters who he called "enemies."
