President of Armenia heads to Dubai to participate in COP 28

A delegation led by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has left for Dubai to participate in the 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP 28), Report informs via Armenian media.

The Armenian president is expected to make a speech during the conference and hold several bilateral meetings.
