PM: Mobilization, fake referendums don’t interfere with Ukraine’s strategic goals

The announcement of mobilization in Russia and the intention to hold so-called referendums in the temporarily occupied territories don’t change anything for Ukraine in terms of strategic goals for the liberation of the territories, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.

“The issue that is now worrying everyone is Russian mobilization and their fake referendums. For us, this does not change anything in terms of strategic goals. We will do everything to liberate our territories. Partners are ready to support us in this. They are ready to support our restoration and development of a powerful new European state,” he wrote on the Telegram channel.

The prime minister also said that on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, the government team discussed with partners the extension of the grain agreement, the demilitarization of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, additional budget funding for Ukraine, a recovery plan, and new sanctions against Russia.
