Peskov: Russia not yet submitted its draft memorandum on peaceful settlement to Kyiv

Russia has not yet handed over its draft memorandum on the Ukrainian settlement to Ukraine; work on this serious document is ongoing, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Report informs via Russian media.

"The Russian draft memorandum has not yet been handed over. Work is ongoing. This is a serious project, a draft of a serious document, it requires careful verification and processing," he said.
