The leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia can hold talks within the framework of the informal summit of the CIS in St. Petersburg, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Channel One state television, Report informs.
He noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are participating in the summit held in St. Petersburg on December 26-27.
Peskov said there is no scheduled tripartite meeting, but behind the scenes, they will have an opportunity to talk to each other.
