Peskov: France's refusal to issue visas to Russian journalists is discrimination

France's refusal to issue visas to Izvestiya newspaper correspondents for reporting on the 80th anniversary of Victory should be considered discrimination against Russian media.

The statement was made by Dmitry Peskov, the Russian presidential press secretary, Report informs via Russian media.
