Pashinyan: Armenia expanding its agenda with EU

Yerevan and Brussels are starting visa liberalization talks. In fact, Armenia is expanding its agenda with the European Union, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a meeting with Deputy Head of the European Commission Margaritis Schinas, Report informs.

"I am glad that there are noticeable changes in our relations: visa liberalization talks are starting, a decision has been made to support the Republic of Armenia with the European Peace Fund, which we highly appreciate... This (joining the EU) is not a simple question, but it has become part of Armenia's political agenda, so it is necessary to approach this topic in a detailed and comprehensive manner. It will be important to listen to the observations and advice of our EU partners," Pashinyan said.
