OSCE calls for dialogue between parties in protest-stricken Kazakhstan

"We call on the parties to reduce tensions and start a dialogue," OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ann Linde said, Report informs.

"We are convinced that problems cannot be solved by violence," she added.
