Orban: Hungary wants to sign global co-op agreement with Ukraine

Hungary wishes to sign a global cooperation agreement with Ukraine. The document will regulate relations between the countries and may be based on a mirror approach to bilateral relations between Ukraine and Hungary, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said at a joint press conference with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv, Report informs referring to RBC-Ukraine.

“We are trying to close all previous disputes and focus on the future. We want to improve relations between our countries. We want to sign a global cooperation agreement with Ukraine, similar to the agreements that we have with our other neighboring countries,” Orban noted.

The prime minister also added that Budapest will participate in the future modernization of the Ukrainian economy in accordance with its capabilities.
