On the evening of May 17, 2023, Russians launched a missile strike on the city of Odesa. One civilian was reported killed and two injured.
The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on Facebook, Report informs, citing Ukrinform.
“The attack involved different missiles fired from different directions. Most of them were destroyed by the anti-aircraft defense units but, unfortunately, some projectiles hit industrial infrastructure. One civilian was killed and two injured,” the report states.
On the night of May 18, 2023, air raid sirens were massively ringing out all over Ukraine. In some cities, explosions were heard. Russia has attacked Ukraine’s capital city of Kyiv with its strategic bombers, Tu-95MS and Tu-160, from the Caspian Sea.
