Due to Russia's war in Ukraine, global brands continue to leave the Russian market, Report informs, citing the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
According to the ministry's press service, 200 such companies have already left Russia. Among them are Shell, Lufthansa, Airbus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Skoda, Audi, Bolt, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Western Union, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Disney, Netflix, Apple, Spotify, Microsoft.
After Russia started the war in Ukraine, other global companies also stopped their activities in the Russian market en masse. On March 10, the global fast-food chain Burger King decided to stop supporting the Russian network, and Formula 1 decided to cut all ties with Russia.
Russia started the war against Ukraine on February 24. The war has severely damaged Ukraine's infrastructure, and thousands of civilians are killed and injured. At the same time, millions of civilians have been forced to flee the country.
