"I am not going to resign," said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

According to Report, PM said that he would quit his post only by the people's will.

On September 27, 2020, in response to Armenian provocations, the Azerbaijani Army launched counter-offensive operations along the entire front. As a result of the 44-day fighting, the Azerbaijani troops cleared the occupied territories of the enemy.

On November 10, Armenia conceded defeat. On the same day, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a joint statement on the complete cessation of Karabakh hostilities.

From November 10, rallies and disobedience protests have been held in some regions of the country, including capital Yerevan. The demonstrators are demanding Pashinyan's resignation.

The Armenian opposition has nominated former Prime Minister and Defense Minister Vazgen Manukyan to replace Pashinyan.
