Moscow: Over 20 Chinese tourists hid from doctors

In Moscow, more than 20 Chinese tourists escaped from doctors on a sightseeing bus after being stopped on February 20 at the entrance to the Novoslobodskaya metro station.

The tourists had quarantine certificates with them but decided to go on an excursion. Police officers and ambulance were called in. Then tourists boarded a sightseeing bus and fled the scene.
