Deadly drone strike: Moscow airports close, security guard killed

Temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft have been introduced at Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo airports in Moscow to ensure flight safety.

According to Report, citing TASS, Rosaviatsiya confirmed the measures, stating that Vnukovo Airport is temporarily closed for incoming and outgoing flights.

Additionally, restrictions have been placed on civilian aircraft operations at Domodedovo Airport.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported via his official Telegram channel that the number of drones shot down while approaching the capital has reached 69.

Furthermore, reports indicate that a security guard at the Miratorg enterprise parking lot in the Domodedovo district was killed during the drone attack. Several vehicles caught fire at the parking site.
