Ukraine will not be able to get its first F-16 fighter jets in 6-7 months, said the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov, Report informs.
According to him, the period of delivery of the planes will depend on the training period of Ukrainian specialists:
"The plane itself is a platform. We must also talk about the transfer of weapons - projectiles, missiles, and bombs that will be carried by F-16 aircraft. Also, let's not forget the development of infrastructure for Ukraine to service aircraft and perform combat missions."
