Middle-aged man attempts self-immolation to protest against Pashinyan near government building

A middle-aged man tried to immolate himself near the Armenian government building.

Report informs, citing Armenian media, that he told the bystanders that he would cause an explosion.

He then chanted slogans against the country’s Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan: "Pashinyan is the only one who decides the future of Armenia, without involving the Armenians."

The police intervened and prevented him from setting himself on fire. They took him away from the scene in a car.
