Merkel urges Belarus for national dialogue

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has called on the Belarusian government, opposition and civil society for national dialogue, said German government official Steffen Seibert at a briefing.

According to him, Germany may expand sanctions against those responsible for the violence in Belarus
