Mayor of Yerevan resigns

Baku. 9 July. REPORT.AZ/ Mayor of Yerevan, Taron Margaryan has resigned.

Report informs citing the Armenian press, he wrote the application for resignation on July 9.

Yerevan municipality refused to comment about Taron Margaryan's resignation.

Notably, despite numerous protests after April events in Armenia, Taron Margaryan said that he would not resign.
