Man in Russia's Kamchatka jailed for refusal to participate in hostilities in Ukraine

The 35th military garrison court of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky found the serviceman guilty of refusing to participate in hostilities in Ukraine, Report informs, citing Kam 24.

According to the Telegram channel 7x7, Alexey Breusov was sentenced to one year and eight months in prison in a settlement colony.

The case was initiated under Part 2.1 of Art. 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (refusal to participate in military or combat operations).

Breusov filed an appeal with the Pacific Fleet Court.
