Magnitude 5.5 earthquake hits Turkish Adana

A magnitude 5.5 earthquake has been recorded in the area of Kozan in the Turkish province of Adana, the country's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said.

Report informs via Turkish media that the earthquake epicenter was at a depth of 11.27 kilometers.

The underground shocks were felt in Osmaniye and Gaziantepe.
