Baku. 18 August. REPORT.AZ/ Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko appointed Sergey Rumas, the former head of the Development Bank of Belarus, the country's prime minister. Report informs citing the TASS. Sergei Rumas succeeded Andrei Kobyakov. In addition, new heads were appointed by the relevant decrees to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization and the State Military Industrial Committee.
