Lavrov: No plans to involve OSCE in Ukraine crisis resolution yet

There are no plans to involve the OSCE in the process of resolving the Ukrainian crisis, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, according to Report.

"In fact, the process itself has not yet begun," he added.
