Lavrov, Fidan speak on phone

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia said, Report informs.

Official Moscow has conveyed its concern to Ankara regarding the arming of Kyiv.
