Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Ministry has strongly advised its citizens to refrain from traveling to Israel and Lebanon.
According to Report, which cites an official statement published on the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry's website, the government is taking proactive measures to ensure the well-being of its citizens abroad.
"In light of the escalating situation on the Israeli-Lebanese border, the ministry recommends that citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abstain from traveling to these countries,"the statement emphasized.
For Kyrgyz nationals currently residing in Israel or Lebanon, the ministry has issued additional guidance. "We advise our compatriots in these territories to enhance their personal security measures until the situation stabilizes," the Foreign Ministry stated.
To provide support for its citizens, the Kyrgyz government has set up emergency hotlines at its embassies in Kuwait and Türkiye. These contact points are available for Kyrgyz citizens who may require assistance or consultation.
