"Anyone in the Ukrainian government can guarantee the security of humanitarian corridors," Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, said at a press conference after the trilateral meeting with Mevlut Cavusoglu and Sergey Lavrov, Report informs.
"Can Russian do that? Lavrov came here just to listen. But I came for discussions. Seemingly, we share different positions. Lavrov did not accept my proposals," he said.
