Kremlin: “Swap of POWs not subject of negotiations”

"The swap of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine will not be a topic of discussions at an upcoming meeting between the delegations in Istanbul," Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs with reference to TASS.

Peskov also said that there was no progress on a meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian presidents.
