Kremlin: No preconditions for peace talks with Ukraine

Currently, there are no preconditions for peace talks with Ukraine, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Report informs.

He said that the issue of negotiations is not topical: "We have repeatedly said that there is no ground for negotiations."
