IRGC confirms death of Iranian "Khatam al-Anbiya" chief of staff after Israeli strikes

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has confirmed the death of General Ali Shadmani, Chief of Staff of Iran's "Khatam al-Anbiya" Central Command, due to injuries sustained during Israeli attacks.

According to the IRGC statement, Shadmani succumbed to severe wounds inflicted by an Israeli strike last week.

On June 17, the Israeli army's press service announced that Shadmani had been eliminated during overnight airstrikes on Iran.
