An Iranian commercial vessel in the Caspian Sea was attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, leaving one person dead and two others injured, Report informs, citing a statement by Iran's Foreign Ministry.
"Tehran strongly condemns Ukraine's strike on the vessel and reserves the right to take retaliatory measures in line with the basic principles and norms of international law to protect its national interests and security," the ministry said.
