Hulusi Akar comments on Russia's withdrawal from grain agreement

He said that this would delay the arrival of ships to their destination, raise congestion in the ports, and result in increased tension.

The Minister of National Defense emphasized that initiatives related to the export of grain from Ukraine should continue: "We are negotiating with representatives of Ukraine. I will talk to my Russian colleague Sergei Shoigu in the evening. As always, we will continue our efforts for peace."
