Heads of the Ukrainian and Russian delegations, who arrived in Turkiye for the next round of negotiations, David Arakhamia and Vladimir Medinsky, discuss the fundamental provisions of this process, Advisor to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office Mykhailo Podolyak tweeted, Report informs.
