Georgian PM calls opposition forces for dialogue

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili has called on all political forces to open real dialogue, Report informs.

He noted that against the background of the challenges facing the country, the time has come not for confrontation but dialogue.

"I invite all sane opposition forces to come to parliament and use the legislature as the main platform for debates. As I said the other day, we are ready for a real dialogue at any time and in any format," he added.

According to Garibashvili, all political forces should strengthen Georgian statehood and independence, the democratic system, solving economic and social problems, Georgia’s integration into the European Union and NATO.

"Our Homeland should not waste time. Today is the time of unification, not division," he said.
